I am happy to offer my expertise as a Recruitment Consultant. My tried-and-true system is based on over 10 years of experience working directly with business coaches and business owners. I know what it takes to recruit the very best for your business.  My guarantee includes top-notch customer service, 100% respect for you and your business, and success for all involved. Currently, I work with small and medium-sized businesses (in multiple industries) that are based only in the United States.

Why Recruiting?

Suitable candidates possess skills and experience and should share your vision, ethics, and motivation. Don’t take the easy road and hire unsuitable employees who can slow production, affect your bottom line, and/or have a negative impact on your business. Hiring the best candidates puts your company ahead of the competition.

Position Levels

  • The majority of recruiting fees run between 15% and 25% of the candidate's total first-year annual earnings.

  • Some recruiting estimates can run as high as 150% of the open position's annual salary.

  • Studies predict that every time a business replaces a salaried employee, it costs 6 to 9 months' salary.

  • Entry-Level Candidates (under 5 years of experience): $2,500

  • Mid-Level Candidates (5 years to 15 years of experience): $4,000

  • Executive-Level Candidates (over 15 years of experience): $5,500

The goal is to have candidates placed within 30 days or less.

When Hiring New Employees

  • Lost productivity: taking a new employee 1-2 years to reach the productivity levels of an existing employee.

  • Lost engagement: other employees who see high turnover tend to disengage and lose productivity.

  • Customer service errors: new employees take longer and are often less adept at solving problems.

Do you want to lose money, productivity, and employee morale because you're simply not hiring the right people?

If you don't have the time to advertise a job description, screen all the candidates, make interview calls and write up job offers, then you need to hire me.

I cater to the employer and find what they need based on open positions. I do all the legwork and find you exactly what your business needs.
